Key Role Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls / Make some outbound calls
- Data Entry, filing and replenish office supplies when needed
- Keep a clean and neat work space
- Perform other clerical tasks and provide assistance to other office personnel as needed
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment
- Minimum 2 year AA degree or equivalent experience
- Be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to details and good follow up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Docs experience a plus)
- Must maintain a high standard of personal and corporate integrity, honesty, and ethic
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to work well and communicate well with others
- Excellent telephone skills and good judgment are a must
- Bilingual in Spanish and flexible attitude a huge plus!
